We do not sell your personal data. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site. We do not set tracking cookies — the only cookie our site sets is a session cookie that keeps you signed in, which is required for the site to work.
We share your delivery details only as needed to fulfil your order (for example, with a courier). We do not share your data with anyone else except where required by law.
Our site is served over HTTPS. Payment happens directly in your own UPI app — we never see or store your UPI PIN or banking credentials.
We keep your order and account data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
